Online Coaching and Programming
Want elite level coaching, but are unable to see us in-person? Want a customized program that will allow you to be able to perform your training on your own? If this is the case, online coaching or programming might be for you.
Each program is altered for you based on your sport, goals and prioritized needs. We will create a baseline from your prior training history and performance in certain testing areas.
Essentially, there are two options available. Our online coaching involves weekly updates and check-ins, or you can get your own 10 week program built for you based on your questionnaire results.
Online Coaching: $199 per-month. Updated weekly programming and check-ins based on progress. Can include video analysis and phone check-ins (For example: receive feedback on sprint/squat form)
Online Programming: $149.99 for a 10-week program. A mapped out program you can complete on your own.
