Want elite level strength and speed coaching, but are unable to see us in-person? Want a customized program that will allow you to be able to perform your training on your own? If this is the case, "Train with Challenger Online,' is for you.
For both our Custom Six-week Program OR Remote Coaching options, each strength and speed program is altered for you based on your sport, goals and prioritized needs. We will create a baseline from your prior training history and performance in certain areas.
Training with Challenger online involves either a custom six-week program in both speed and strength training OR custom programming with weekly coaching check-ins and guidance.

- Custom six week strength training program/cycle built around the information you submit to us.
- Exercise video demos to follow/use along with your program. Includes exercises, warm-up and movement/mobility routines.
- Training guidelines to help you properly perform your program.
