For just $99.99 per-month, each strength and nutritional program is altered for you based on your sport, goals and prioritized needs. We will create a baseline from your prior training history and performance in certain areas.
Train with Challenger involves custom start-up programming in both nutrition and strength training with monthly updates based on progress.

- Custom four week strength training program/cycle built around the information you submit to us.
- Custom calorie and macronutrient numbers built around the information you submit to us.
- Full exercise video database to follow/use along with your program. Includes exercises, warm-up and movement/mobility routines.
- Training guidelines to help you properly perform your program.
- Full food recommendation list and nutrient timing help sheet.
- Monthly update for both strength training and nutrition to reflect the progress you have made.
