Train with Challenger OnLine

Want elite level strength and speed coaching, but are unable to see us in-person? Want a customized program that will allow you to be able to perform your training on your own? If this is the case, "Train with Challenger Online,' is for you.

For both our Custom Six-week Program OR Remote Coaching options, each strength and speed program is altered for you based on your sport, goals and prioritized needs. We will create a baseline from your prior training history and performance in certain areas.

Training with Challenger online involves either a custom six-week program in both speed and strength training OR custom programming with weekly coaching check-ins and guidance.

Potential Included Options (Depending upon selection of a Custom Program OR Remote Coaching)
- Custom six week strength training program/cycle built around the information you submit to us.
- Exercise video demos to follow/use along with your program. Includes exercises, warm-up and movement/mobility routines.
- Training guidelines to help you properly perform your program.

- Weekly coaching check-ins and program updates that reflect the progress you have made.

More About Train with Challenger

Train with Challenger allows you to gain access to the same programming we have used to help numerous athletes and clients reach their goals while on a friendly monthly budget. Monthly or weekly adjustments will be made depending on your goals, progress, and the structure we use based on the time you have to train (number of days per week ,time etc.).

​While there are mainstays to how we get results, certain aspects will always vary.

Lastly, when we say comprehensive, we mean it. With that being said, you can expect your own personal excel training programming sheet to include all of the following:

- A periodized training schedule which breaks down how we will aim to progress.
- A full three or four day training program with specific goals for sets and repetitions.
- Specified aerobic and speed training.
- Detailed guidelines and coaching cues to follow throughout your training.
- A full body mobility and recovery routine for post training and general performance improvement.
- A structured warm-up template with a list of exercise options for each aspect.
